NORWALK, CT - June 28, 2004 - eNR, Inc., specialists in localized PR for multi-unit companies, announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Bruce Merchant as Chairman. The former senior executive of Burrelle's Information Services, the world's largest media monitoring company, takes the seat following several months on eNR's Board. The company plans to draw on Merchant's industry experience as it develops a new integrated online platform for the public relations industry.

"Having Bruce at the helm of our Board is a major coup for eNR," explained Jon Victor, president and CEO of eNR. "Bruce possesses a unique and diverse background in advertising, marketing, technology and Website development. All of these areas are important to our growth strategy and in the services we provide our clients."

With the Grassroots PR Program, eNR has attracted over 80 franchise, direct selling and automotive clients. In two years, eNR has positioned itself as the #1 provider of Grassroots PR services to companies with multiple locations. Through the Program, eNR has developed the processes and technology to create localized news about companies' products and services, and deliver that news to the local media.

Victor added, "Within two years, our Grassroots PR Program has attracted more multi-unit businesses than any other PR agency in the country. Grassroots PR was a new idea, and we have more on the way. Bruce is a great fit for eNR as we continue to break new ground in the public relations industry."

From 1999 to 2003, Merchant oversaw the ongoing transformation of Burrelle's into the "Media Monitoring Service for the Digital Age". In addition to managing daily activities at Burrelle's, Bruce directed the company's research and development activities in the fields of automation, analytical services, database management and Web-based technology applications.

An advertising industry veteran, Merchant was previously a Senior Partner at Bozell Worldwide in New York. While there, he oversaw several profit centers and spent 15 years helping to build one of the world's top 10 advertising agency brands. In the pre-dotcom, early 1990's, he established specialist groups to help agency clients bring their businesses online.

"After evolving its operations and services, eNR has entered an exciting phase in its corporate history," explained Merchant. "The company's financial security, diverse clientele and ground-breaking technologies position it to develop a new public relations channel. Now the company will put together all of its existing products to build an end-to-end, Web-based platform for public relations professionals. This is a fresh, hi-tech solution for the PR industry, and I am excited to be a part of this product's expected launch within the year."

Today, Mr. Merchant, a resident of Oak Ridge, N.J., serves as a consultant to companies in the U.S., Europe and Australia.
